  • We work on a first come, first serve basis. We take a limited amount of bookings, and weddings are booked only with a retainer and signed contract. Sadly we cannot save the dates for you without booking deposit and signing the contract. Once you know the wedding package chosen, please send us an email to confirm with all the wedding details. We’ll send over an online Quote and Contract that can be e-signed. To book us officially we ask 40% as deposit, the remaining balance is due 3 weeks before your wedding.

  • We understand the excitement of receiving your images promply! Our turnarond time for image delivery typically depends on the specifc service or package you’ve chosen. For our standard packages you can expect to receive your images within 1-2 months from the date of the session or event. If you’ve opted for any expedited services, the delivery time might be shorter. Rest assured, we strive to ensure swift delivery without compromising on the quailty of your images.   • SMMProductionis all about the essence, which means we won’t simply capture your images from afar. We love to have fun, and we wish the same for you. We will get to the dance floor, move and mingle with you and your guests. We will remind you to breathe and enjoy when everything else rushing by. We will encourage you to whisper sweet nothings and kiss “just because.” We do our “absolute” best for our clients., We may hike, explore, and keep moving, because we wish to make sure that you enjoy every speck of your big day be it on your wedding venue or outside it. You put so much love and time into planning the single most beautiful detail and we wish to do your day. As we are not the kind of photographers who will ask you to say “cheese” and smile, you should expect to see all kinds of your emotions encapsulated in your collection of images.

  • Providing our clients with RAWs would mean only half the work handed over. Our edits are what makes our brand unique, therefore we do not provide raw files. Our culling process is simple; we take away all the test shot, duplicates, blinking eyes, anything out of focus out of the collection, then full edit and hand over our clients with pristine images.

  • Although we will definitely proceed to cleaning up skin and remove obvious distractions from your images we do not by any means change how you look as we want you to look your best natural self and your true beauty.

Engagement Photoshoot

  • Our packages are designed to provide you with everything you need to cherish your memories. This includes a set number of hours of coverage, a digital gallery of high-resolution images(with all original JPGs format files so you can have them as memory and select your favorites out of thousands of photos), and sometimes a highlight video. We also give you full personal and social media sharing rights, as well as printing rights, so you can share your beautiful photos freely. We offer a variety of packages to fit your budget and needs, and we're happy to customize a package for you.

  • We are happy to work with you to find the best locations for your photos and videos. It depends on your package and available time, but we can often accommodate multiple locations. These include San Francisco City Hall Wedding, Sonoma, Bay Area, and San Francisco.

  • We encourage you to bring multiple outfits fo your engagement photos. We’ll work with you to plan your outfit changes and make sure you have ample time for each look.

  • San Francisco has a mild climate, but it can be chilly and foggy even in the summer. We recommend checking the weather forecast and bringing layers and comfortable shoes.

  • We love animals! Let us know if you want to include your furry friend in your photos. We can discuss the logistics and ensure it's a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. To make it safe, we ask you to bring a person who can take care of your animals in order to keep the full attention to shoot.

    • Full Refund: You are entitled to a full refund of your reservation fee if you cancel within 24 hours of booking.

    • Cancellation After 24 Hours: After 24 hours, your reservation fee is non-refundable. Please be sure to review your schedule carefully before making your reservation.

    • Date Changes: We are happy to work with you to reschedule your shoot if both schedules allow. Please note that rescheduling may not always be possible, and if a reschedule is not feasible, your reservation fee will be non-refundable.

    • Natural Disasters: In the event of a severe weather warning issued by the National Weather Service, we will offer a full refund or reschedule your session.

    • Light Rain: We are typically able to proceed with photoshoots even in light rain, using umbrellas as needed. However, if the weather poses a significant safety risk, we will discuss options with you.

  • Our photography and videography services include the possibility of using selected images and footage for promotional purposes, including our website, social media, and portfolio presentations. To ensure your comfort, we are happy to discuss your preferences regarding image use. If you have any specific requests regarding the use of your images, please communicate them to us in advance.
